To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

- Reason for return
- Product images (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect → we will arrange or cover return shipping
- For all other reasons → customer will bear return shipping cost

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You can place a new order after your return is approved.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- UPI or bank transfer (for COD orders)
