We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Product images (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect → we will arrange or cover return shipping
  • For all other reasons → customer will bear return shipping cost

🔥 Sale Items

👉 Sale items are only eligible for return if damaged or defective


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You can place a new order after your return is approved.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • UPI or bank transfer (for COD orders)
